This recently constructed Residential Tourist resort is located in the heart of the district of Punta Marana characterised by its proximity to the crystal clear sea and the marina with its numerous commercial and sports facilities. The area is characterised by exclusive and prestigious beautifully presented terraces interconnected by stone walkways, green manicured gardens and terracotta, granite and wood porticoes that are grouped around the delightful small square, home to a small and pretty church as well as the reception office and a number of shops. The residential complex, situated within a wide area of fourteen hectares surrounded by Mediterranean shrub, is very popular due to its architectural, pleasant and well tended appearance.

Animals: not admitted.
Beach Service: at a distance of 100-350 m. The part of the resort closest to the hotel is a private and newly created area with umbrellas and sun beds available for the use of guests. A short and pleasant route via walkways created amidst granite rock and the typical Mediterranean vegetation leads to another sandy cove reserved for the guests of the residence with beach umbrellas and deckchairs (the resort facilities are open from 02/06 to 15/09).
Upon their arrival all guests will be offered a small welcome gift of local products (a bottle of wine+typical Sardinian sweets).
